Fiber Optic cables come in reels (with customer specified lengths) with the ends already terminated with connectors. The dimensions at the ends (with connectors) are maintained to suite the standard duct sizes.  Ready to install fan-out assemblies are suitable for applications where splicing is difficult and there is space restrictions in the panel. Also this can be used by installers who have little experience in Fiber optics. Both indoor and outdoor cable types are available.
